Dr. Heather Rothbauer-Wanish, owner of Feather Communications, has written thousands of resumes for clients since 2008. She LOVES giving people confidence in themselves during the job search and enjoys finding the right words to describe their work history and experiences. Dr. Heather has a BBA in Management, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management.
As a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert (NCOPE), Dr. Heather stays on-trend with the latest developments in the career industry while working with mid-level professionals who haven't needed an updated resume in 5, 10, or even 15+ years. She enjoys helping people identify skills, competencies, and achievements that set them apart from other potential candidates.
Dr. Heather lives in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and worked from home before it was fashionable. Outside of writing resumes, she helps her son with his maple syrup business, Wanish Sugar Bush, and also teaches full time in the Business Communication department at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
