Nina Scott is a Certified Professional Resume Writer, and holds N.C.O.P.E. designation.
Nina is a Site Manager, for America’s Job Center (AJCC) in the state of California and oversees a team of Career Coaches for the WIOA Program as well as other grants, while maintaining certification status of the Career Center, and mentoring both team wide and organization wide for her employer
Her background includes teaching, academic advising, as well as employment interviewing, resume writing, and LinkedIn profiles.
Originally from Northern California, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology as well as a minor in Spanish from California State University of the East Bay.
In the state of Florida, at the height of the recession, under funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Nina facilitated orientations for job seekers and worked with a caseload of 200+ candidates on unemployment. At the conclusion of the program, she founded Impression Résumés, LLC , which opened it’s doors in April of 2011.
Nina feels passionately about the importance of career viability in the context of rapidly changing technology, as well as self-sustainability for all job seekers, as well as the critical need for available skilled talent across industries.
Nina and her family relocated back to her native San Francisco Bay Area in 2014 and has been working to assist the community in COVID-19 crisis with Supportive Services as well as Career Support.
