Having previously spent numerous years in marketing, administration, and quality control, Darlene enjoyed the challenge and diversity of working in start-up divisions. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA.

Darlene was born and raised in Norristown, PA and currently lives in Millsboro, DE (near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland).
