About Marie Plett:
Marie Plett is a Certified Executive Resume Master who first became obsessed with resumes when she was only 12 years old and tasked with helping her recruiter parents screen out bad applications, sifting through large piles of eye-catching resumes printed out in a wide variety of papers, card stocks, and even laminates. She now works hard to bring resumes back to their “glory days” by teaching ATS-friendly design techniques to other resume writers.
Though she started her professional career developing graphics and apparel for some of the world’s most popular fashion brands, she followed her true calling to become a resume writer and founded AspirationsResume.com in 2004. She now uses her considerable graphic design skills to create exceptional resumes that have won 2 ROAR Awards and 14 TORI Awards since 2016.
