About the NRWA The NRWA is the only nonprofit, member-driven resume writers’ organization in the world. The mission of the NRWA is to increase the visibility of the industry, encourage ethical practices, promote excellence, and raise industry standards through peer marketing and training. The NRWA’s Certification Commission awards the highly sought-after Nationally Certified Resume Writer (NCRW) credential to resume writers who demonstrate basic resume knowledge, writing, and strategy. Through the efforts of the volunteer Certification Commission the program certifies the best resume writers in the industry. |

This year’s theme, “Rise of the Phoenix,” embodies resilience, growth, and transformation—qualities that define the journey of professionals in our industry. Conference date: October 13-16, 2025 Conference location: Crowne Plaza Resort Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort Visit Chandler | Chandler, AZ, part of the Metropolitan Phoenix area, is uniquely positioned to provide visitors easy access to various activities and fulfilling experiences. The city sees over 300 days of sunshine annually, setting the stage for invigorating outdoor recreation such as hiking, world-class golfing, horseback riding, and hot air ballooning over the majestic Sonoran desert.
