You never face a blank page - I do ALL of the writing! Clients enjoy talking about their careers, but few enjoy writing about them. I do the writing.

Resumes are all about the value prospects can bring to a prospective employer. Often my clients don't fully appreciate their value, skills and accomplishments and some find it hard to write words they consider self-promoting or to relay accolades they've received. I've even had clients who've forgotten significant qualifications - one even forgot he was a Certified Project Manager! My job is to make sure nothing is overlooked.

I use an easy-going conversational interview process which my clients actually enjoy, I am a good listener and develop the right interview questions to uncover the information we need for your resume. After capturing, synthesizing, and relating your skills and qualifications to the job you are seeking, I produce a resume that clearly communicates your value to prospective employers. Your role in this is to review, critique, and approve and I am not finished until you are pleased! Invariably my clients feel empowered and confident, armed with a fresh view to their career and a resume that sells their skills and abilities.
