Working with job seekers across the whole spectrum of industries and occupations, from new grads to experienced executives, I provide customized services tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I deliver all services via phone, email, and video chat. My approach includes:

☑ Optional DISCStyles behavioral assessment to identify your behavioral strengths, ideal work environment, and value you bring to the table.
☑ A custom-designed and ATS-friendly resume that positions you for your target job and distinguishes you from your competition. I design resumes for both private sector and federal job opportunities.
☑ Branded and keyword-optimized content to build your LinkedIn profile along with coaching on how to optimize your profile, expand our network, and search for employment.
☑ Interview coaching, including a written guide for “acing the interview” and video role playing.

☑ Proofreading and copy editing services on everything from job search documents to website content and marketing materials.
☑ One-on-one mentoring to help resume writers improve their skills and/or pursue the NCRW.
